I am a New York City born and based attorney, practicing in the areas of Elder Law, Special Needs and Trusts and Estates. My law practice roots are in Family Law and  children’s issues continue to be a passion of mine, particularly education.

I  have loved writing for most of my life, although I admit my professional commitments have kept me from doing it consistently over the years.  This blog is a place for sharing my thoughts, my work, and to discuss the legal and social issues that impact my work and those I advocate for.

It is a place for thought and education.
